Power Kick

A 60-minute kickboxing focusing on form and power with every move. It will be an opportunity to work on complex combinations, target refinement, and core stabilization.

Strength Lift

An invitation to challenge yourself. This 60-minute weightlifting class will focus on form and strength with medium to heavy weight selections for all exercises in a circuit-style format.

Vinyasa Flow

This all-levels class focuses on strength with a sequence of postures that flow with breath to cultivate focus, alignment, stamina, and flexibility.

Slow Flow

This all-levels class balances strength and ease with longer-held postures that flow slower with breath to cultivate calm, endurance, and form.

Yin Yoga

This all-levels class is a quiet, contemplative practice. Yin yoga focuses on the deepest connective tissues of the body with poses held passively from 3-7 minutes. This class consists mostly of long-held seated and reclined postures.
